Our Story
Our journey in construction began long before the company was founded. From the age of 17, founder Agim Hasaj gained first-hand experience on building sites across Oxfordshire, developing the skills and values that underpin the business today.
In 2008, he established Safe Heating & Plumbing, quickly earning a reputation for reliability and quality. As projects grew in scale and ambition, the company evolved and was relaunched in 2014 as Oxon Builders Ltd, becoming one of Oxford’s most trusted building companies.
After more than a decade of growth and strong client relationships, we rebranded in 2025 to Blenford Construction & Renovation. The new name reflects our continued growth and vision for the future. While the brand has evolved, our values remain unchanged: excellence in workmanship, transparency in process, and a commitment to long-lasting client relationships.
